In accordance with the French law of September 5, 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019, we calculate and publish our Gender Equality Index, which allows us to measure our progress and identify areas for improvement.

This index measures the progress made by the company across four key areas:

An action plan has been implemented to promote gender equality in the workplace, built around three pillars and their associated progress objectives.
For each of these pillars and objectives, measurement indicators have been identified and shared with all Edflex teams.
