The company Edflex (“Edflex” or “us”) may process the personal data (the “Data”) of Internet users visiting the Site (or “you”). 1. Objectives of data processing

Your Data is only processed for:

  • Respond to your demonstration requests;
  • Send you communications about Edflex's activity;
  • To improve our services and the functionalities of the Site;
  • Ensuring the security of the Site;
  • Guarantee the exercise of your rights and the defense of our rights;
  • Analyze site usage statistics.

2. Data processed

Only Data strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes specified above are processed. This Data is collected directly from you during your contact request or during the use of the Site (identity, contact details, connection data, data from technical cookies or tracers with your consent, preferences, types of requests and any other information that you provide to us on the Site's collection forms).

As soon as necessary, we thank you for updating your Data.

3. Data recipients

We only transmit your Data to our subcontractors and partners when this is necessary for the achievement of one of the purposes mentioned above. Finally, your Data may be transmitted to third parties legally authorized to access it upon specific request, in certain cases provided for by law: judicial authority, administrative authority, etc. Your Data may also be communicated to third parties if this is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, to enforce these provisions.

4. Data retention period

We keep your Data only for 3 years from our last contact, except in the event of a request for deletion.

We also keep your logs of connection to the Site for security purposes for a period of 6 months. In addition, in accordance with the legislation in force, the Data necessary to defend our rights are kept for a period of 5 years after the end of the relationship with us.

However, your Data may be kept longer if a longer retention period is authorized or imposed under a legal, contractual, fiscal or social obligation.

In accordance with the Regulations (in particular articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD), you have the following rights concerning the processing of your Data, within legal limits:

  • Right of access: to obtain information about your Data and a copy of your Data;
  • Right to information: obtain information on processing conditions (recipients, purposes, categories of data, etc.);
  • Right to rectification: correct or update your Data when they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Right to object: to oppose the carrying out of a treatment for reasons relating to your particular situation, or to withdraw your consent for treatments based on this legal basis;
  • Right to withdraw consent, when consent is the legal basis for processing;
  • Right to limitation: request not to process all or part of the Data temporarily, without requesting to delete them;
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your Data;
  • Right to portability: to obtain your Data in a structured and machine-readable format and to be able to transmit them easily to a third party;
  • Right to define specific guidelines for the processing of its post-mortem Data.
