We place Data protection at the heart of our concerns and this Data Protection Policy allows us to inform you about the treatments we implement, in compliance with all European and French regulations on the protection of personal data and privacy, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“RGPD”) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, to files and freedoms changed.When this option is activated and financed by its customers, Edflex also offers a payment card service (EDCARD) to authorized Users. 1. Objectives of data processing

Your Data is only processed for:

2. Data processed

Only Data strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes specified above are processed. This Data is collected directly from you during your contact request or during the use of the Site (identity, contact details, content you are viewing, connection data, data from technical or tracking cookies with your consent, preferences, types of requests and any other information that you provide to us on the Site's collection forms).

As soon as necessary, we thank you for updating your Data.

3. Data recipients

We only transmit your Data to our subcontractors and partners when this is necessary for the achievement of one of the purposes mentioned above. Your name may be shared with other users of the Site when you recommend content. 4. Data retention period

We keep your Data only for 3 years from our last connection, except in the event of a request for deletion.

We also keep your logs of connection to the Site for security purposes for a period of 6 months. In addition, in accordance with the legislation in force, the Data necessary to defend our rights are kept for a period of 5 years after the end of the relationship with us.

However, your Data may be kept longer if a longer retention period is authorized or imposed under a legal, contractual, fiscal or social obligation.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the Regulations (in particular articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD), you have the following rights concerning the processing of your Data, within legal limits:

  • Right of access: to obtain information about your Data and a copy of your Data;
  • Right to information: obtain information on processing conditions (recipients, purposes, categories of data, etc.);
  • Right to rectification: correct or update your Data when they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Right to object: to oppose the carrying out of a treatment for reasons relating to your particular situation, or to withdraw your consent for treatments based on this legal basis;
  • Right to withdraw consent, when consent is the legal basis for processing;
