The Site, published by Edflex ("Edflex" or "Publisher" or "we") allows companies to provide their employees with training content to develop their skills.
The purpose of the present General Terms of Use ("GTU") is to define the terms and conditions for the provision of the edflex.com website (the "Site") by ("Edflex" or "us") to users of the services (the "Users"). The purpose of our platform is to provide information on content and to provide an online portal with links to content intended for the development of online skills of Users (the "Services"). Through this online portal, Users of the Platform can view, search and access content.
When this option is activated and funded by its clients, Edflex also offers a payment card service to authorized Users. This service is provided by the payment service provider Treezor. Use of the payment card is subject to acceptance of Treezor's General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The use of the Site implies your unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Use as well as the respect of the legal and regulatory obligations in force. Edflex may change these Terms of Use, you are therefore invited to read them regularly.
The Site is reserved for personal and professional use by the Internet user and for users over the age of 18. The natural person is responsible for his connection data. Thus, any individual who connects to the Site is deemed to be the person who possesses the identifiers issued by Edflex.
The Internet User acknowledges that he/she has the skills, equipment and means necessary to use the Website.
The Website is permanently accessible, however, Edflex may, at its sole discretion, suspend, interrupt or prohibit access to all or part of the Website. Edflex shall not be held liable in the event of the Site being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
The User agrees not to:
Accessing or remaining fraudulently on the Site, hindering or altering the operation of the Site, in particular by introducing viruses or any other program likely to cause damage and/or to undermine the data on the Site;

Creating an account
You may decide to create a user account on the Site. This account allows Users to access suggested content on the Site. When you create an account, identifiers are provided to you, these identifiers are strictly personal and it is forbidden to transmit them to a third party. When using the Site, the User agrees not to take any action in violation of any applicable regulation. The User undertakes to use the Site in compliance with the laws and regulations and with other Users.
Leaving a review
Reviews left on the account are regularly checked by Edflex and any review that contravenes these TOS may be deleted if Edflex so decides.
The date of publication of each notice as well as the subject of the notice is displayed next to each notice. Notices are classified chronologically.
The User may "like" content by clicking on "I like this review" at the bottom of the review.
Reviews can be published at any time and are kept on the Site for a maximum of 3 years. Reviews are anonymized after this date. We keep your identification data relating to the content you have published for a maximum of 3 years.
The presence of notices is not subject to any compensation on the part of Edflex.
It is possible to delete a notice directly from your user account or by sending us a request by email or contact form.
While access, registration and browsing on the Site is free, the monitoring of content may be free or subject to a charge.
On each page presenting a content, it is specified whether it is free or paid. The price of each content is indicated directly on the relevant page of the Site. In order to have more information on the prices and the methods of payment and invoicing of the trainings, it is advisable to read the general terms of sale of the site delivering the content or the training.
Edflex is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the Site, notably the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Edflex grants the Internet user a simple right to use the Site, which is personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, for his or her own needs only and strictly limited to the purpose of the Site.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, regardless of the means or process used, is forbidden, except with prior written authorization. Any unauthorized exploitation of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Edflex is subject to an obligation of means and is only liable for direct damages.

Thus, the information and content published on the platform by Users (opinions, messages, etc.) are not controlled by Edflex prior to being put online. However, they may be checked and removed by Edflex if necessary.
The Site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites. The User acknowledges that the Site assumes no responsibility for the provision of these links insofar as no control is exercised over these external resources. The Site cannot be held responsible for the content or operation of these third-party sites. Any creation of links to the Site and, more generally, any use of an element of the Site is subject to the prior written authorization of Edflex, which may be revoked at any time at its sole discretion.

In case of invalidity of a stipulation of the present GTU, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.

Edflex cannot be held responsible for any breach of computer security that may cause damage to your equipment and data or for the intrusion of third parties despite the security measures put in place.
The objective is to provide a service that ensures the best rate of accessibility. The host ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, the Hosting Company reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible period of time, in particular for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructure, in the event of a failure of its infrastructure or if the Services generate traffic deemed abnormal.
Edflex and the host cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, particularly in the event of network congestion preventing access to the server.
Edflex cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Site. Furthermore, the user of the Site undertakes to access the Site using recent, virus-free equipment and with the latest generation browser.
