The Cookie Policy on this page corresponds to the one in force on the EDFLEX service.

1) Definition of a cookie

Definition of a cookie A cookie is a text file that can be placed on your terminal (computer, tablet, telephone, smartphone, etc.) when you consult an online service using a browser software. A cookie allows its sender to collect or write information on your terminal during its validity period. For example, cookies make it possible to recognize your terminal each time you use it to access an online service containing cookies from the same sender. Edflex SAS (or “we”) places cookies on your terminal when you access a portal for companies (concerns all sub-domains of edflex.com), according to the following modalities.

5) Data collected using cookies

The majority of personal data (the “Data”) collected by the cookies we place on your terminal is anonymized, so we do not collect personal data. However, when non-anonymized Data is collected using cookies (IP address, cookie code, etc.), we comply with personal data regulations when processing them.

6) Duration of validity of cookies/Data storage

The cookies placed on your terminal are deleted within a maximum of 13 months after their deposit. The cookies that allow us to keep your consent have a lifespan of 6 months; we will therefore ask for your consent every 6 months. We keep the Data collected through cookies for a maximum of 25 months.
